  • Collection is available upon request.
  • EU countries carry an additional charge. If your parcel weighs over 20kg, please contact us.
  • If you have any questions regarding postage, please do not hesitate to contact us. If your order is more than 2kg a tracking number will be provided.
  • Extra Surcharges are applied to Zones 2 (Highlands and Islands of Scotland) and Zones 3 (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly). However if your parcel is less than 2kg, we will refund you the surcharge.
  • We mainly use Royal Mail and Whistle for most of our deliveries which are under 2kg. If the parcel is over 2kg it will usually be sent via Yodel (3 to 5 working days delivery). Ukmail, Parcelforce or UPS are used if the customer has paid for express delivery (1 to 2 working days).
  • Same day dispatch if order and payment is received before 12pm.

  • Our preferred payment method is the checkout option on our website which is secured by PayPal, however we also offer the option of cheques made payable to "Amico Packaging Ltd" or via bank transfer to the following account:

  • If you pay by cheque or bank transfer, please allow 3-4 working days before your order is dispatched whilst we await the payment to clear.

    Returns Policy:

  • All items must be returned in original packaging as well as unused and undamaged.
  • All items carry a 14 day return policy from date of receipt.
  • Please contact us directly if you are not entirely satisfied. In rare circumstances we will refund postage if customer is not happy with their purchase.
